At Intuit, we’re experiencing phenomenal growth of our Expert Network<\/a> \u2013 a team of tax preparers, EAs, CPAs, tax attorneys, bookkeepers, financial planners, and more, all working to support TurboTax<\/a> and QuickBooks<\/a> customers. We sat down with Joe Lillie, the Director of the Expert Network, to talk about what type of roles Intuit has for experts and how they help each one of them grow their careers and realize their potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s involved in your role as the Director of the Expert Network?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I lead an organization of 10k+ seasonal and full-time tax and accounting professionals who interact live with consumers through virtual engagements, helping them to maximize their tax deductions and outcomes while using our TurboTax product. I also develop and lead strategies that fuel growth for Intuit\u2019s live services offerings on an AI-driven technology platform, resulting in more seamless experiences that deliver impact and high consumer confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What type of roles do you have at Intuit for experts? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have many roles at Intuit for seasonal and year round experts that are specialized in the areas of tax and bookkeeping and provide expert advice to Intuit customers using our TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live services. Seasonal employees can work full-time or part-time to meet fluctuating demand. Our SelectTime employees work year-round anywhere between 20-40 hours a week. These roles combine part-time flexibility with competitive benefits like 401K and health care coverage \u2013 even for those who don\u2019t work 40 hours a week with Intuit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why do experts want to be part of the Intuit team?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
